Had stem cell injections in knees last June for bone on bone degenerative arthritis. Worked great but in process of doing rehab I tripped over exercise mat and tore meniscus. Had to wear brace but in process of getting into SUV, my knee buckled. Have been through PT for 3 months for meniscus and it has healed on its own but learned that I had infra patellar tendinitis from the incident of knee buckling. Since wearing the tendon knee straps, I am walking pain free. I am 78 years old.
