My 14lb Min Pin measured 21" in the chest & 17" in the neck. I ordered him a Large & it fits perfectly. He's full grown so I don't have to worry about him growing out of it so it is ok that it fits perfect now. We've only had it 2 days but it seems very comfy on him & doesn't seem to rub any particular spots, which is why I got it. His standard-H harness rubbed right on a lipoma on his chest. I'm not a fan of having the two loops when you want hook the harness to a leash though. I'd rather have only one loop to hook with the leash but that is a minor complaint. I think red is his color!
