I was very sceptical to buy one of these blankets at first but I'm so glad I did! So here's my 2 cents worth. I'm only 38 but I'm currently going through early ovarian failure, and early menopause. My hormones have been so out of whack it's terrible. I've always been like a little heater, I like to sleep warm and I absolutely have to have a blanket on me to sleep. However Nowadays I wake up sweating and soaking wet.. my sheets are soaked, my pajamas are soaked it's terrible and then I'm freezing because I'm wet, so I curl up in my blankets to get warm and repeat the cycle all night. Needless to say I don't get much rest and it's not fun to wash sheets daily. So after reading reviews with not finding any regarding my issue I bought it. And it's perfect. It's lightweight, but enough to make me secure, and it's not hot but it's warm enough I'm not cold except it keeps me cool lol it's weirdly very peaceful and perfect! If your looking for that just right ahhhhh that's nice blanket this is it!
