This stuff truly does work. I recently stopped ADD medication and needed something to counteract brain fog, mood issues, memory retention and concentration. I have tried other "neuro" supplements with no luck but with this one is night and day. I was hesitant because of the high price but found at the end of the day the pro's outweigh the cons. I noticed that although I don't get the intense focus that medication provides, I feel calmer and more centered because I am no longer on stimulants. Once my brain fog cleared I feel I have close to the same mental clarity and focus, just a bit more tired than I would be on stimulants. For me, this stuff has been a game changer. If I forget to take it first thing in the morning, I notice later in the day that my brain fog returns. When I take it, I feel great again. I also notice little things don't get to me as much as when I was on the medication. Highly recommended, especially if you are looking to go a more natural route. The one downfall is the price. I wish this would be more affordable for more people. Overall, I feel this is a great product.
