I absolutely loved Luna and Alec. I’m not creative enough to be crafty like Luna but I really connected with her but at the same time I felt similarities with Alec as well. I loved Cohen and Declan, I am always living for a same sex couple that aren’t the stereotypical flamboyant and over the top that’s so often seen in gay characters. It’s not often I look forward to more of any characters other than the protagonists. Chapter 27 absolutely had me with rivers of mascara streaming down my face. And dammit, I even loved Helen, that pill. Maybe not actually loved Helen but she definitely added a little more villainous aspect that I needed with a flair of comedy I needed to make it through a pandemic and a snowstorm. I always recommend Meghan Quinn books to anyone that needs a pick me up, The Wedding Games is no different. It definitely gave me The Virgin Chronicles vibes, with well timed jokes and sarcasm. This will definitely be going on my reread list for when I’m stuck in a book rut.
