My son loves to draw and color (he’s 3 1/2), and at his age he often makes quite a bit of mess with the normal crayons and markers. This magic mat solves all those problems and more! I seriously can’t believe I didn’t hear about these earlier, it has been awesome because you fill the pens with water and they magically write on the mat and disappear after about ten minutes or so. With the pens just being made up of water, my son can draw off the sides of the mat without making a mess and he already has a large space to draw with the mat itself that keeps him intrigued. It’s been great for him practicing his ABC’s too as they are circled around the mat and available to uncover with the water pen. Definitely would recommend for any parents with little ones that make a mess with normal coloring methods, this is so easy to throw out on the floor and keep their attention, and super easy to pick up and put away with little to no effort. I even had fun coloring on it with my little man, truly an awesome invention.
