I liked the price and availability online as I couldn't find liquid D anywhere. I need to take liquid for another reason, but the product certainly works, and I have so much energy, of course awaiting my blood test for next year and Lord will and this product my Vit. D levels will be normal....mine was 20 and the lowest they allowed was 25-30 range. So I was on the low end.....I just try to stay healthy and only take what I need.....I used to be a health nut and took alot of herbs, etc. But you can overload the body with excess stuff....eat healthy and get what you are low in.
