I live in New England and winters get pretty cold, so I was looking for something warm and comfortable. Based on product reviews, I ordered 2 sets ~ black and white. They are silky on the outside and lined with soft thermal fleece inside. They fit snug enough that there is no bulkiness showing when worn under clothes. They are also wonderful to sleep in. Re size: I am 5'4" @ 170 lbs and I bought XL, which fit just right. I love these sets so much, I just ordered 2 more. UPDATE: 12/29/15 Beginning my 3rd winter season with these sets and they are still going strong after being laundered over and over again. When they finally wear out, I will definitely be replacing them because I can't imagine going through a bitter cold winter without them.
