A miracle for my allergies! I have terrible allergies year-round (pollen, dust, mold, pets, etc.) and this has made a huge difference ... better than 20 years of allergy shots and ALL allergy meds (otc and rx), with no side effects (drowsiness, etc.). It's not a complete cure but if I take two capsules 2-3 times a day it makes a huge difference. When I'm outside during peak allergy conditions I can even take two capsules whenever I feel my sinuses "fire up" (as often as every two hours) and actually make it through the day without too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with allergies. Note: I think I read somewhere that it can conflict with certain kinds of medicines (maybe blood pressure?) so you might want to double-check with your doctor before trying it if you're on any regular medications, but I haven't had any problems.
