I would give this 4.5 stars. My husband and I were fed up with buying expensive air mattresses only to have them spring a leak with only a few uses. We bought two of these mattresses for visitors and they are wonderful. They are much more comfortable than an air mattress and fold up easily. We usually use a twin fitted sheet with the mattress. My mother used this for over three weeks while she was visiting us and she had mild back pain the first day as she got used to sleeping closer to the ground, but then had no issues after that. The only drawback to this mattress is the cover. After washing it, you must air dry it to prevent shrinkage, and even then zipping it back up is a challenge because the zippers are small and the fit is very, very tight. By the time we've put the cover back on the mattress pieces, our fingers are usually raw from gripping the tiny zippers.
