I bought this for my new place. I owned nothing but hisense in the past this is the worst by far not sure if it is being it is an Android one or what. The speakers rattle the music and background sound are louder then the people talking. I was a week outside of the 30 day return policy for amazon they troubleshoot it with me before sending me to hisense customer service which was a joke. I had a rude lady named Priscilla half help me half put me on hold ( I could hardly hear her because of all of the background noise) then she basically said she couldn’t help me and a tech would be calling me to set up an appointment and I needed to take the tv off the wall or they would not work on it even though it extends out fully. Well that was 5 days ago and I still haven’t received a call. Looks like this might be my last hisense tv.
