I have trichotillomania and was looking for a sensory object to help keep my hands off my hair when watching tv, reading, etc. So far these little things are perfect! There are enough in the bag that I can keep them everywhere so I always have one conveniently around (in the car, by the couch, nightstand, etc). I’m really happy that I found these.
