If it was perfect for what I needed, then why the 4 stars you ask? Well, I ordered the XL. I just needed a good sports bras to keep my 40D's in place while I work as a merchandise stocker and not give me saggy boobs and then give me underboob rash. I love how they fit me nicely, especially around my lower chest area. They hold the girls juuuust right so they don't sag. I'm a big girl, I don't need my sports bras to feel like they're digging into my ribs and then leaving their marks for the next couple of hours. I also really liked how they had removable bra pads. Never liked those things. The material is a spandex type, but it's soft and is very light. Which I don't mind. I need breathable air for my girls. Now, as for high impact? AHAHAHAHAAAA! No. Absolutely not for high impact. I jogged out to show my husband the pink one and ooooh my girls jiggled like jello during an earthquake. I could see myself going to my karate class and having the uniform hold them better... But running, Crossfit or something HIIT? A big ol' NOPE! So, if you want a good Yoga bra, or if you're a big girl like me who needs a sports bra for every day use to prevent underboob rash and yet still be cute and comfortable. This is definitely the bra for you!!!
