Taste very good. Almost to good to be true. We've been taking the Fermented Cod Liver Oil for a few years now (ASD son must have a fish oil) but needed to save a few bucks this month so I decided to give this a try. It is very clear in color which was a shocker kinda since the FCLO is dark brown, so I wondered if this was really refined or something. So I got on the Weston A. Price Foundation website and this CLO was on their recommendation list as being "GOOD" And with the hundreds of CLO brands out there for this one to make their "good" list was great! BUT, I am very dissatisfied that the mouth of this jar is so wide!!! If you accidentally tip it over you can bye bye to all your CLO. Hope they can fix that soon and give us a syringe to use. I will update if I notice any health benefits in our son and myself or not. My body will let me know if it really works. *Update* We have been taking this for a few weeks now and I'm happy to report that my Keratosis Pilaris aka "chicken skin" on the backs of my arms that I've had for years is about 95% GONE!!!! Incredible! FCLO never done this for me, and I never knew why since "they" say KP is linked to a vitamin A deficiency, but I always thought FCLO I was taking had vitamin A in it? Who knows... but I'm supper happy about it!
