May 2019, Update: a year later and it's still running strong; my son ran it all year even through the winter but only at night. We haven't yet had to change out the water reservoir, only keep the filter clean. May 24, 2018: Just installed it today so I'm not rating the longevity of the product which is why I only picked 4 stars. I'm not there yet. I can say I bought it for a room that gets the most direct sun and is always 10 degrees or more warmer than the rest of the house. It's a miserable room. Everything that was needed for the window and all the hoses we're included. Instructions and installation was simple and easy to understand even for this old woman. The room was cooled down very quickly and is finely comfortable.
