Purchased for young teen with ADD/ADHD. Very nice quality and feel. Was exactly as described. Bought the full size blanket. It fits the top of of the mattress like it's supposed to. The young man i bought it for said it made a huge difference in his ability to go to sleep and stay asleep. It helped the first night he used it. I would recommend purchasing a washable duvet cover. The 15lb blanket will need to be laundered in a double/triple loader machine at the laundromat - home washing machines probably won't handle that weight. The information I received with the blanket said that anything over 12lb should be washed at the laundromat in a commercial machine.
