At first it only worked with hard drives up to 2 TB, when I used it with my 4 TB hard drives with GPT Windows couldn't recognize them, I'd tried changing drivers, tried with Linux, but nothing worked until I updated its firmware, Sabrent's web site is useless so I had to take it apart in order to find the main controller, it's a Jmicron JMS578, once updated it worked perfectly, even the blue light now blinks when data is transferred.
