I was super excited to use this but then when I was zipping up the storage bag, I saw there was a rip!! Super disappointed in this. How am I supposed to feel like it’s safe to store if there’s a hole?? Edit: Originally, this review was a 1 star but I'm changing it to 5 because after I wrote the review of the defected product, Ann—a customer service manager—reached out to me via email and offered to give me another product at no cost. She responded in a very quick manner and I received the product two days later without any defects. That was extremely considerate and I appreciated the effort. Thank you for the professional customer service and I'm happy with the replacements!
