I agree with the other review about this being the best tasting. I've tried 3 different cacao powders (Viva labs and Healthworks LLC), and this has that distinct 'rich' taste that you typically get in roasted cocoa powder that the other two seem to lack. Don't get me wrong, Healthworks tastes pretty darn good and Viva Labs is OK (I didn't particularly like the blandness of the flavor it adds), but these beans definitely have that "rich cocoa" taste that I seem to only find in ordinary cocoa powder that's made from roasted cocoa beans. (This is made from raw unroasted cocoa beans, so it's healthier - lacking the carcinogens that high temperatures tend to impart and also the live enzymes are intact.)
EDIT: I just found out that this cacao powder has 3X the amount of fat as the other powders. I know what this means: The other powders (Viva Labs and Healthworks) separates the cocoa butter and probably sells it separately, whereas this one retains more if not all of it, leading to a more delicious product. It's also why the other ones are cheaper: They aren't actually 100% of the cocoa beans, they're roughly 50% of it. This is pretty much all of the cocoa bean, including the cocoa butter. In my opinion, this is (probably) more nutritious, as the fat helps in the absorption of the minerals/polyphenols/etc. and help stretch out the absorption more throughout the day. It also helps decrease hunger through increasing satiety, thus helping to reduce desire for other less healthy sources of calories.
