Nice video quality which I really like. Simple to set up, just insert the micro SD card and plug it in after you figure out placement.There is no sound so I deducted 1 star and when you go to the recommended sight for their user guide-well there isn't one. Update 12/21/2014: I emailed Wheel Witness about the user guide and they promptly responded with a link for me to access it. I also could not figure out if this had sound or not. I again emailed them and again they promptly responded (when unit is on, hold down the OK button to access mute or sound option). I have since tested the unit with the sound on and I love it. I drive an 18 wheeler for a living. I appreciate the high quality video and now the audio is superb. I highly recommend this dash cam. I have added a star back to the rating to make it a 5 star product. I can't find any fault with the product or customer service.
