The IP ain't your mother's pressure cooker! This is my second meal in my new Instant Pot IP-DUO60. First meal was chili and a disaster because I put in too much chili powder. My bad. This is a thawed 5+ lb. Trader Joe's brined organic chicken, (1st photo) browned on sear/high less than 5 minutes; (2nd photo) cooked 26 minutes on "poultry," falling-apart-tender; (3rd photo) brushed with butter and in 450 oven for 10 minutes to make husband think it was roasted and NOT cooked in a PC! Very tasty and I think the last browning was not necessary. BTW, hubby loved it. Used Bob Warden's Best of the Best Great Food Fast cookbook.
