Perfect mg amount!
This was one of the only caffeine pills I could find that came in a lower dosage of only 50mg per capsule. I am trying to ween myself off of excedrin for daily migraines, and needed a caffeine supplement to help ease through it. While I just started taking these, I am already pleased with the outcome. Finally, something to take the edge off without having to consume soda or other sugary drinks.
