Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I don't usually write reviews, in fact, this is my first in 20 years on the net, but several things need to be addressed here. Contrary to complaints the plastic housing is absoutly sufficient, the cracking of some of the housings is due to the manufacturer's packing and not Amazon"s (I got one too it got replaced) no biggie. And as far as that person complaining about having to put in four bolts to attach the feet goes...I'd hate to see them with a device a little more complex.....they'd look like a monkey with a math problem. I too found the maximum resistance that you can get from the knob too light. When I found mine to be that way I removed the cover and there is an adjustment inside that will allow you to make the pedals so tight you can use them for a step stool. All-in-all, for the money, the device is more than you usually get and is built much better than a lot of people are assuming. Bottom line is if you want a Mercedes don't buy a Ford...but remember you pay lots more for the Mercedes.....let's get real.
