Even though I have been plant-based for more than 25 years, I found inspiration from Carleigh's book, including recipes that I can incorporate into my lifestyle immediately. The layout makes it so easy to follow, and the photos make me want to try every recipe! I appreciate Carleigh's positive attitude and enthusiasm that I have seen online, and I am so pleased that I ordered multiple copies of this book.
