These reviews that say things like "I took it for a month and didn't notice anything" are silly...these people are expecting a supplement that rolls back time and makes them feel like they did in their 20s. That's not what this does...it gives your body a nutrient it had more of when it was younger to help repair itself like it did when you were younger. Do the research (a simple Google search) and you'll get a better idea of what this is for and what it can do for you. That being said...this is the one you want. This is the company that started this business with a patented breakthrough supplement that actually gets the NR into you cells to produce more NAD+, something anti-aging researchers have been searching for since the 1950s. Copycats like Elysium Basis (who are actively engaged in a campaign to "destroy" Chromadex, the makers of TRU Niagen--read about the legal proceedings via a Google search or checking Chromadex's website--because Chromadex stopped supplying them with their NR formula, so they copied it as best they could...but it's not the same). Most of the other supplements with NR (such as those here on Amazon) are just getting their NR from Chromadex and re-packaging it (at a higher price than TRU Niagen's less expensive subscription service). I've been taking it for 3 years and often get remarks that I look and act much younger than my age. No, it didn't suddenly turn me into a 20-year old, but things like a dislocated knee that healed faster than the last time it happened a few years ago, back pain that would take a long time to correct itself in the past getting better in just a few days, deep scratches and cuts healing much faster than they used to, etc. make me realize something has changed in my body. I started my 87-hear old father on this about one year ago and he describes tremendous benefits...things like a problematic swelling in his legs that has gotten worse with age gradually going back to normal during his first 2 months on the supplement, feeling increased energy levels over time, and friends reporting that he simply looks like he is doing much better than they remembered the last time they saw him.
