I gave it a 4 (and better, actually) only because I prefer my olive oil to be just a bit more olive in flavor but that is the only thing I can find to knock this down from a 5. These are responsibly harvested olives, according to everything we've read and researched on this product, it is not made from a blend of different regions/countries. We chose this to avoid the blended oils. We want pure olive oil and this delivers!
