I'm very pleased with this thermometer! It's easy to use and I appreciate the silence button so that I can sneak in to check my sick little's temp without waking her. The display is a nice size, well-lit and easy to read. It is a bit finicky about the location for the best/highest temp reading, but with a little trial and error we figured it out easy peasy. And I am grateful this uses AA batteries which are always around the house, so there's no special trips to the store for weird sized watch batteries like the oral thermometers use. Best purchase we've made in a while!
