Wow! That's the best word I can use to describe this fantastic carpet cleaner! It is such a smartly designed machine that is incredibly easy to use, super easy to clean in just mere minutes and it cleans the carpets better than any other machine I have used! In fact, it is so easy to use and clean up afterwards that I no longer dread the thought of bringing the carpet cleaner out for small clean ups or whole carpet cleaning. The 8 ft extension hose with the hand held cleaning tool is perfect for stubborn spots and small cleaning jobs. I can't say enough about the smart features on this machine. Having the option to quickly remove the solution tank to have just have clean water to rinse is awesome! No more measuring how much solution to add to the clean water tank and potentially wasting your solution if you don't use the entire tank! The dry-only button is phenomenal! It allows me to quickly dry the carpet after cleaning. The machine is lightweight and very easy to maneuver. The clean water and dirty water tanks remove very easily for emptying and cleaning. The removable brushes are fantastic which makes it so much easier to clean than the none removable brushes. What's great about the brushes on this machine is that there are longer bristles on the rollers than most other machines and the longer brushes actually push animal fur or hair up to the top of the clear top cover over the brushes so that the hair or fur simply wipes off of the lid cover (no more pulling hair or fur out of the bristles)!! This is the 3rd Hoover I have had in 30 years and they have all been wonderfully reliable machines. Hoover has truly out done themselves with this state of the art carpet cleaning machine! Thanks a million Hoover for making my carpet cleaning a breeze!
