Honestly, when I bought this I wasn't sure how effective it would be, I know 99% of products similar to this are '100% pure free range organic snake oil' but this stuff really does work. I've only had it in my engine for a few days and the difference it has made is quite noticeable, and I have real data to back it up. Before I put this in my 1997 Volvo 960 the engine would always sound like it was starting dry (eg very loud valve clacking at start) even right full of oil according to the dip stick. Put this in and literally a day later that's gone. Ive also noticed that at start up engine rpm spikes higher than it did before, slightly over 2000 as opposed to almost bang on 1500, indicating things are sliding a lot easier, and it is almost dead silent at start too, it's crazy just how quiet it is now. I haven't had it long enough to see if it improves MPG, which would be nice since this old thing gets 18MPG no matter how I seem to drive it, and that's been consistent for the entire time I've owned it, so if I start getting over 20 it will be an obvious improvement. I've also done some data logging with dash command and my Bluetooth obd2 scanner I got here on Amazon, I have a 15 mile commute each way to work/home and about 14 of that is highway, I'm lucky enough to live close to highway and work almost next to the exit. Just driving it and looking at logs I've noticed, even with how hot it is here in Florida the engine does not get above 200F the entire drive. Before it ran at around 220-230F after driving a few miles, which from my experience with old Volvo engines is quite typical. That alone should be enough to convince you. And I've always used good oil too, Valvoline high mileage full synthetic, so the improvements this made are even more amazing. I'll update this after a few weeks with it.
