Great salt, but it needs to be dried for grinders!
This sea salt is fantastic, but if you're planning on using it in a grinder like I do, you MUST dry it beforehand. It's super easy to do, and completely worth it.
Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Pour 1 bag of the salt on the paper, and put into a 350° pre heated oven. Give it about 8-9 minutes, and it will be adequately dried. Break up the clumps with a fork, and it's ready for your grinder.
That's it!
