After owning this for a little over a month, both zipper tags has broken off. and it will not stay in the locked position it keeps trying to collapse on me. If I wasn't out of the return window I would have returned it. Update! Clevermade contacted me after my 1st review. They sent me another cooler 1st one was apparently defective as the new cooler they sent me is much better so far after 2 weeks of use no problems.
