This arrived freezing cold to the touch on a mild December day, so we were immediately impressed. My elderly mom has severe scoliosis and she LOVES this ice pack. It’s malleable and very well-constructed, and she wear it around the house using its Velcro straps, if she has to. She alternates it with heat when her back is flaring up. She says it stays cold for so long, it still has frost on it when she’s done using it. “It’s the best ice pack ever!” she told me to write. :) I’m grateful that it’s been helping her, and that she loves it so much. Thanks for making a great product!
