I received the Zelite Executive chef knife as a gift for Christmas from someone special and I have to say WOW am I ever impressed. I’ve been cooking and making meals for 25 - 30 years and I guess have never had a REAL knife but the Zelite is the real deal. I used it to cut up carrots, onions and apples and the slices were super thin and the knife amazingly glides thru anything in its way. I also have to say the Zelite company did an amazing job on the full color page instruction manual that I received electronically that answered a lot of the questions I had about using the knife safely and how to keep it looking its best. I wish every company had the same level of commitment to quality and passion for the products they create. It’s simply the best knife around and I’ve already put a special request for the bread knife or paring knife as another exceptional gift idea for next year! I highly recommend this knife and you will NOT be disappointed. It’s quality construction and amazing blade makes it a superb cutting machine.
