It is an excellent pot and exactly the one we buy every few years for the past forty years. So many reviews here are complaints about the volume of this pot. It is made for six (6) ESPRESSO SIZED CUPS which are the little cups you may see at a childs tea set or at those sidewalk tables in foreign films; NOT SIX (6) AMERICAN MUGS , and not the cup measure used for recipes. Jeez, guys. Widen your horizons a little. This is the coffee pot the rest of the entire planet uses to make real coffee, not the weak drip that is typical of the amerikkan coffee making process.
