Attaches really simply, and does its job nicely. The lights in my area go on and off (noone knows what there schedule is, if there is one) so I feel safe with it. Both head and tail lights have different modes which change easily/little trouble. big plus! I made a point of getting lights that are water resistant, being in Houston rain comes out of nowhere, hasnt rained yet since ive got it, but I expect it to be fine
