I got this 12x12 screen house to use with our small travel trailer while camping. It has proven to be exceptionally easy to set up, and surprisingly easy to take down once you get the hang of it. I don't think I would have figured out how to repack it from the included instructions, but there are plenty of YouTube videos that will show you how. The 12x12 fits well over our campsite picnic table with plenty of room to move around. I'm glad I got the larger size, I think the 10x10 may have been a little tight with the table inside. It's not really water proof, but one time it rained and water pooled on the roof. One of the fiberglass tent poles bent in from the pressure allowing most of the water to drain naturally, but they are made to bend so no harm done. After the rain I drained the remaining water by pushing the bent pole in some more and it then popped right back into shape. It can be set up and put away by one person, a BIG plus. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
