Love this generator. It is super quiet. You can talk normal standing next to it. I have 3 years experience with the "RED" brand of generator and this one will give it a run for the money. I can buy 3 of these for the cost of the other. The video is from 3 ft away. UPDATE: Used this at hunting camp for 10 days this year and everyone in camp was impressed. It is quiet and ran for 6-8hrs on a tank of fuel. (Dependent on the load) We had 2 travel trailers and a camper using it. It kept 3 battery chargers going all day. Along with running high demand appliances through out the 10 days. For anyone wanting to know, It will not run your Air conditioning in a camper/trailer. I knew that before I bought it buy had to try. Once home it sat in my trailer for 3 months. Then we had a wind storm that knocked out power. Went and grabbed the generator. 2 pulls and it fired right up. My buddy just had me order him one after fighting with his older generators during the same wind storm. Now we can buy the link kit and link them together if we ever need more power than what one will put out. I installed an hour meter on mine so I know how many hours it has ran for oil changes. I also bought the magnetic dip stick for a little insurance. The first oil change the magnet had some very fine metal stuck to it. The second oil change there was noticeably less and the third hardly anything. So the dip stick is worth the $10 to keep the metal shavings out of the oil/motor. I chose to use synthetic 5w30 oil. It is easier to start in cold temps and from what I have read good to the highest temperatures I will ever be camping in. I really like the fact that you can shut the fuel off and let the carburetor run dry before storing it and the cap also has a shut off. Just make sure to open the cap shut off/vent before starting or it will not get fuel to start it. I would recommend this generator to anyone looking for a quiet reliable generator that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
