I got this for my sciatica, it's easy to wear around the house with the elastic bands, and for laying down and icing down when I get sore. It is large enough to cover my entire back and lower spine. I haven't taken the cloth cover off of it, so I freeze it as is. Other photos showed some issues with the pack being directly frozen, but I also just haven't bothered to take it out of the cover each time I want to freeze it. I signed up for the company's ice pack registration but I doubt I will need to use it for a warranty, it's held up well for the past 3 months.
