First review-- It must be me--all other reviews look great. I tried this twice and either i cant get it sealed properly or the kickback is pushing the plunger out. The kickback also hurt my thumb both times. I did this on two different style toilets and both times it made a bit of mess. Am disappointed... i wanted this to work. Update- I contacted Amazon customer service who contacted the seller. The seller (Guy) called me with in a couple hours and walked me through how to use it and IT WORKS!!! I am SO impressed with the customer service and appreciate how he believes in his product. I learned to be sure to push the stopper all the way in and the handle down closer to the seat before releasing the CO2. I also learned the importance of practicing with a clean toilet first (which fortunately, I did!) The kickback was nothing and it didn't hurt my thumb. Still had a little bit of water splash, but I know I will do it better next time! Give this plunger a try.
