I am a first time Miku owner, 4 time mom and I am excited to get the monitor setup and start using it! I have had monitors in the past but none that we loved. I'm excited that this one can wirelessly connect to my phone through an app. Shipping was very fast as we received our device in two days. It arrived in a nice thick box that was rather heavy. The box is secured nicely there is foam inside the box where the monitor sits to protect the lens and the camera. I am someone that appreciates the details in things and the Miku packaging is modern and beautiful. I really appreciate this company including all installation tools you will need right in the box. No need to search for a level, tape measure, or screwdriver they are all included right in the box! I am thus far very impressed and like I said can't wait to get it all setup and start using it!
