I initially bought my Moshi Moshi handset as a novelty, but I'm shocked how useful it's turned out to be. Like everyone in their 30s or older, I grew up using phones with handsets just like this one. I had forgotten how comfortable they were to use, however. This thing can be cradled between shoulder and chin, just like a real phone, and it doesn't get hot like cellphones do. Sound quality is better than other wired (and wireless) headsets I've used--I often have difficulty understanding people on my phone, due to Sprint's highly compressed signal, but so far have had no problems understanding callers when using the Moshi Moshi handset. Highly recommended. (I'm using this product with an HTC phone and an adapter which was provided by NativeUnion for free after I emailed them and requested an adapter for my phone--so it's not just for ipod users!)
