I purchased this strapless bra for a wedding and it held me up better than l expected. It's usually hard for me to find a good strapless bra given my cup size. The only issue l had is that it doesn't go all the way down like a corset. It has bone to smooth out your back and upper stomach, but it pushes the excess weight (fat) down creating a bigger muffin top. You will need shapewear to compliment this bra if you have a stomach. I wear a 36 H bra.
