I purchased this on March 11 and it worked great until last week. We made sure there were no obstructions as that seemed to be an issue for some other people but that didn't help either. The base will not raise smoothly for the head or foot portion of the bed and makes a ticking noise while jerking up slowly. If we use any other pre-settings on the remote, it raises and lowers fine. Also, when we turn on the massage feature, it can't be turned off without unplugging the unit to reset it. We have replaced the batteries in the remote 2 times as we thought maybe this was a problem but no luck. This was way too expensive of a product to break after 2 months use. I am very disappointed. I emailed support and am hoping I hear back from them soon. I will update this review based on the feedback they offer. I have included a short video of what is happening and if you listen closely, you can hear the ticking noise I am talking about. In the video, we show each feature being used and you can clearly see that moving the head and foot portions up is a challenge to say the least. The other functions on the remote work except this time, the TV/PC function wouldn't work at all. ***Updated Review-May 27, 2017. I was contacted immediately after leaving this review and was sent a new control box and remote. The box is different than the original but so far so good. Customer service was excellent so I am adjusting my review to 5/5.
