This is my HG eyeliner. It's the blackest of black out there. Only thing is that I scoop a few of it out on a spatula and then use my MAC 210 liner brush to give my eyes that perfect wing. If I don't do this and have the product open, I find that it quickly dries up. I ain't about to waste $21 in a couple of days with 90% of the product left.
So my advice is to always scoop it out and quickly close it back.
