Sproingy but soft
It’s like a soft forearm under your neck. It’s comfortable, but different from how I expected. It’s soft, but sproingy. That is to say, it deforms easily but springs back to its original shape quickly. As you lay on it, it doesn’t shape to your head/neck. Instead, your neck is always pushing down and it is always pushing back. It’s more comfortable than I’d thought it would be, but just slightly larger than would be perfect for me. It works, though, and I’m pretty picky.
