I have extreme Vitamin D deficiency and have taken Vitamin C for years. A couple of years ago my doctor switched me to liquid vitamin D for better absorption. I was taking a different brand, and even taking a triple dose I was barely in the normal range. I switched to this brand after reading the Amazon reviews and WOW! My Dr. just called and asked me what I had done because now my Vitamin D is off the charts high. I had continued to take the triple does thinking this would be the same as before, but now I've dropped back to the normal dosage. Clearly, that is no longer necessary!
