When I ordered this there were many options to choose from. This one seemed to me to be the best quality that was pure copper. It is also a complete set of 4. It chills in the freezer quickly and stays cold long enough after. The copper doesn't sweat and it comes with 4 coasters anyway. The delivery was quick and the packaging was top notch. I did notice that there was damage on two of the cups so I emailed customer service Sunday night and received a response Monday morning. After providing my order number they sent me replacements right away. When you order tons of Items on Amazaon you expect eventually something will get damaged. The mark of a great company is how they respond in adverse situations. They 100% delivered and the Rep was professional and quick to respond to my emails.
