For me it worked great. I have had it 1 year with no problems. It uses cellular technology to track your pet so remember if you cell service sucks so will the tracker. It has added features that you really don’t need but they have justify the cost of the subscription. As to the subscription it is a yearly fee which comes with an added care plan that you can’t opt out of so the tracker is $50 and the subscription is a nonrefundable $130 even if you return the tracker you are out the $130. The battery life could be better but so could your cell phones battery. The more you use live tracking the more you have to charge it. The tracking is fairly accurate with 10 feet and updates every 10 to 15 seconds. You will need to charge every 2 to 4 days depending upon use. The way it attaches to the collar could be better I didn’t have any problems but others have. So I have had it a year and had no problems with the tracker I won’t renew the subscription but we had the 2 reasons for PeeWee T-Bone to roam removed so he doesn’t roam around anymore. If you need to track your pet and have good cell this is the tracker for you just remember it ain’t free. And read more reviews you will know what to expect.
