Before ordering I read most of the reviews for several different sellers and I noticed a common thread within a lot of them. That commonality being that many people had complaints of them either being scam sellers, being jipped on the total number of filters that they paid for, or the filters not having the correct number of layers that was listed in the description. That being said, when I opened my package, at first glance I thought that I too had been jipped because I ordered 20 filters but the package said 10pcs. However, upon further inspection I noticed that the zipper bag actually contained 2 packs of 10 and both packages do say 10pcs, but one of them was flipped around backwards, so on first glance it appears that it was just 10 in the entire zipper bag, although there are actually 20. Next, I decided to cut one open to make sure that they in fact had 5 layers like the description claimed. So I cut it open, and again on first glance it appears that there is only 3 layers. However, the front white layer and the back white layer are actually 2 layers on each side that are just stuck to each other. So after separating them (which took a bit of time because they initially didn't want to come apart), I can confirm that these filters are indeed 5 layers (2 white layers on each side and a charcoal layer in the middle). I am happy with this purchase and will definitely buy from this seller again when I need more.
