When these pillows arrived rolled up like fire logs I had serious doubts about the order. I followed the directions on how to fluff up the pillows and after using these pillows for a few weeks I can safely say I am thrilled with them. No more headaches or sore necks in the mornings it like laying my head on a cloud.
